As a buyer we would like to ad you to our mailing list in order to email you whenever we have the property, that would meet or exceed your criteria and/or expectations.

We would like to know as much as we can about our buyer, so we can help them to succeed, the more information we have the better it is to serve you, as you know the information we gather is only used to process your deal and will never be outsourced, or sold, or traded or shared with anyone else outside of our company.!Period!

If we are to establish a solid business relationship with each other, it starts all right here with honesty, integrity and trust , I was raised the old-fashioned way back in the Netherlands, Europe, knowing a man without his word is like a man without his honor!

As a buyer please let us also know if you are a flipper, rehabber, landlord or home-owner, in order to better serve you. For (e.g.) we would not line a home-owner up with a property with tenants in it.

Also let us know what radius or area you are looking for.

Whenever we have a property available for you, that meets all the criteria specified, we will either email so you will be able to look at all the property-information, which usually inlcudes pictures, comps and a detailed desription.

Everything you need to determine if this is a deal for you, or not.

If at anytime during the process you no longer want to receive emails from us about the wholesale deals we have available, all you have to do is send us an amail with "unsubscribe" in the subject-line.

You will always be able to call us directly about any property you are interested in.
